Introduction

Welcome to the MyPup integration documentation. There are several ways to integrate with the MyPup platform. The main options are specified below.

REST API

Our REST API is for operational purposes and can be used to integrate your system with the MyPup platform. It can be used to, for example, send and deliver packages using the MyPup Pick Up Points.

OData Feed

Our OData reporting feed is for reporting purposes. With this feed you can easily extract your data from the MyPup platform into popular third party reporting tools such as Power BI, Excel, Qlikview, etc.

Email & SMS

Our platform sends e-mail notifications to accounts. By default we will send all e-mails using our own mailing domain, but it is also possible to let us send e-mail via (on behalf of) your own domain name. To support this you need to configure the SPF and DKIM settings in your own DNS records.
